Can someone help me with setting up ProjeX ?

Yes. 6 hours of online training and support is included in the purchase price. We can also provide specialist, in-house support or full application setup if required.

How much does ProjeX cost to setup?

The investment to setup ProjeX is dependent on your business needs. We prefer to talk one on one with you to determine your exact needs so we can ensure you get the right solution.

What about system updates?

We will notify you of all system updates. These are covered by your monthly maintenance and support fee.

What about ongoing support if I have a problem?

We pride ourselves on the responsiveness of our customer support. All enquiries are handled by our friendly online support team as part of your support agreement.

What web browsers are supported by ProjeX ?

ProjeX operates on Internet Explorer 8 and higher, Firefox 3 and higher, Safari, and Google Chrome.

Do I need to install additional software in order to run ProjeX ?

No. ProjeX is a web-based application and does not require installation. All you need is a web browser and access to the internet.

How much paperwork does ProjeX really save?

How secure is my data?

ProjeX uses 128-bit SSL encryption for all customer sites. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral. SSL is an industry standard and is used by millions of websites in the protection of their online transactions with their customers. Is my data backed-up?

Yes. Our server is scheduled to perform daily backups as well as regular system integrity testing.

What happens if a nominated user / staff member leaves?

The status of any user on the system can be easily set to Active or Inactive at any time by the Quality Manager.

Does everyone have access to all the information on the system?

No. Access to information is determined by the level of permission assigned to that user.

How will I be billed?

Payments are managed through our nominated Direct Debit Provider. The amount you pay each month is based on the number of users you have registered at the time of invoicing.
