  • Monthly phone catch ups with Client nominated representative
  • Creation of Quarterly report as specified by the Client
  • Personal Account Manager
  • Tailored set up of all modules and Staff permissions

Commitment 24 months


From $49 per month per user (plus GST) minimum 5 users

In addition to the above

  • Monitoring of specific tasks and chase up with individuals
  • Ensure that all documents are reviewed within nominated time frames
  • Act as your Quality Manager to facilitate External Audits
  • Participate in Leadership team meetings if required
  • Ensure that Incidents/ Complaints are addressed within specific time frames
